Mt. View Apple Picking

For the best couple of years, Jennifer and I have taken the kiddos up to Hood River to go apple picking (and eating), and hay riding @ Mt. View Orchards. This year the Van Hee's (Jocelyn, Meadow and Beckett) joined us! This year is also Caleb's first time that he was able to pick his own apples...and he was VERY good at it, well he was very good at EATING them. After Apple picking, we took the long mikell way (HA HA HA!) into town and stopped @ McDonalds for lunch, and after lunch, we went to the beach to burn off all of the bad food we just ate at Mickey D's, then, and to keep up with tradition, we stopped at the Cookie Shop (Pickards Orchards, I think that is how you spell it) for some Ice Cream...Not only did we have so much fun. I learned two things that day...#1 Caleb loves apples #2 It takes a special person to be my friend! So Thank you very much Jennifer and Jocelyn!
